 Guide to Conference bookings
The conference fee includes: 

 Access to all sessions Lunch on both days > Evening reception BBQ, Theatrical Cavaliers quiz and dancing ‘til late. 

 This year we are providing a special discount for any additional people attending from an organisation. In order to avail of this you must provide the name of the other person attending on the booking form. 

 Conference fees:
 Non Theatre Forum members: €150
 Theatre Forum Members: €130
2nd/ 3rd person from an organisation: €100 

 Accommodation Fee:
Theatre Forum has negotiated a special deal for high quality B&B campus accommodation. This accommodation is available at a rate of €40 per person. Please note limited availability. 

 Please note that fees are not refundable. 

 Be Part of the Picture:
Be part of the picture and part of our yearbook! This year for the first time each delegate will receive a contacts yearbook to facilitate networking both during and after the conference. 

 Remember: You should include a photo with your application. Preferably this will be emailed as a separate file to theatreforum(at)ireland.com. Photos should be between 500kb – 1mb. Please note you must send us your photo by Wednesday 30 May to be in the yearbook.
